You can create a service ticket online to report a problem and ask for help.
Sign in before opening a ticket to track its progress
If you sign in to your Canada Post profile before you create a service ticket, you can monitor its status in My Support.
My Support lists the status of any service tickets that you submitted while you were signed in. It also lets you provide updated information for a ticket in progress.
To access My Support:
- Sign in to your Canada Post account or sign up

Click on your username at the top navigation

Select “My Support” from the drop-down menu
